About the event: JetBlue certainly isn't the only airline to have suffered a major mishap with customer service recently. However, after the February storm that left JetBlue customers stranded on runways for hours, the company spent a fair amount of time under the media spotlight. Interestingly enough, though, this attention wasn't just due to the incident itself, but rather the masterful way JetBlue handled itself during the following weeks.
JetBlue executives were quick to acknowledge the airline's mistakes and even went so far as to pen a "Customer Bill of Rights." The result? JetBlue has managed to quickly bounce back from a crisis that would have crippled most other companies. Join Sonja Hagen, JetBlue's West Coast Marketing Manager, for a lively discussion of JetBlue’s handling of the crisis and walk away with valuable tips on how you too can rebound from even the most damaging of incidents.
