How do you reach out to and engage your customers on an individual basis? How do you have a conversation with them amidst the clutter of competing messages? Representatives from print media, e-mail/integrated marketing and non-traditional marketing will share new ideas, tactics and strategies to talk to your customers and clients on a one-on-one basis.

EVP of Sales and Marketing: Robert Moreau
Robert J. Moreau is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with experience in the development and execution of lead generation, marketing and direct response advertising campaigns for some of the countries largest brands. He was Executive Vice President-Sales and Marketing for Inside Prospects USA prior to founding RJM Direct, a full service direct response and interactive advertising firm. Robert has spoken at over 30 conferences and seminars as well as authoring many articles on sales lead generation and marketing excellence. He's a past President of the American Marketing Associations Oregon Chapter and holds degrees in both Business Management and Marketing from Portland State University.
Account Executive and Marketing Specialist: Cyndi Johnson
Cyndi Johnson serves as an Account Executive for Portland-based Premier Press and runs her own marketing company, Foot in the Door Promotions. She has extensive experience in creating and delivering high level, consultative proposals and presentations. Cyndi also specializes in creating personalized, one-on-one printed collateral and promotional items for clients. Her research into variable data printing has appeared in a number of professional association newsletters and journals in Oregon and Texas.
Entrepreneur, Blogger and Social Media Expert: Rick Turoczy
Rick Turoczy has been involved in online marketing for more than a dozen years. Currently co-founder of startup-consultancy Return, he can be most readily found on Twitter as “turoczy” or via his blog on Portland-area startups, Silicon Florist.

With over 10 years experience in Sales and Marketing, Andy is currently a Strategic Account Manager at ISITE Design, Inc. a global interactive agency serving clients from offices in Boston, Dallas and Portland.
In addition to ISITE, Andy sits on the Board of Directors for interactive think tank Democracylab.org, owns a Fireworks company in SW Oklahoma, and is on the marketing committee for Oregon150.org
