The Starwood Field Marketing program is dedicated to driving measurable increased revenues, lower distribution costs, and stronger customer loyalty to hotels by utilizing highly targeted and tactical marketing channels.
Speaker Bio Kyndra Russell is the Senior Director of Field Marketing for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. In her role, Kyndra oversees the strategic and tactical marketing efforts for over 50 hotels across the NW/Western Canada Region with coverage across all of Starwood’s 7 world-class hotels brands: Westin Hotels & Resorts, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Four Points by Sheraton Hotels, Luxury Collection Hotels, St. Regis Hotels, W Hotels and Le Meridien Hotels. In addition to working on behalf of the NW/Western Canada region, Kyndra oversees strategic projects for all of Starwood’s Field Marketing organization.
