Straight from the suburbs of Flint, Michigan, Lauren stumbled on Wieden + Kennedy’s Portland office in 1995 wearing hippie cut-offs, unshowered. She was hired that day and has spent most of the last 14 years there. Her experience in Creative and Project Management led her to the role Creative Recruiter. Lauren is agency’s creative barometer, finding and vetting talent for the Creative Department. She loves misshapen vegetables and people who know about physics.

Jen Jacobs is currently the Talent Scout for Nike’s Global Marketing department. She is considered a career and life coach for entry to senior level professionals in the areas of Brand, Communications & Design.
