Matt LeBlanc is the Director of FILTER’s office in Portland. Prior to joining FILTER, Matt most recently served as the Northwest Resource Manager for the Portland and Seattle offices of Razorfish. His 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing also include working with advertising agencies like TBWA\Chiat\Day, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, McCann-Erickson, and Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners. Matt has experience servicing big brands including Levi Strauss & Co., Hewlett-Packard Worldwide, Microsoft, and Nissan Motors of America.

Straight from the suburbs of Flint, Michigan, Lauren stumbled on Wieden + Kennedy’s Portland office in 1995 wearing hippie cut-offs, unshowered. She was hired that day and has spent most of the last 14 years there. Her experience in Creative and Project Management led her to the role Creative Recruiter. Lauren is agency’s creative barometer, finding and vetting talent for the Creative Department. She loves misshapen vegetables and people who know about physics.

Jen Jacobs is currently the Talent Scout for Nike’s Global Marketing department. She is considered a career and life coach for entry to senior level professionals in the areas of Brand, Communications & Design.
