Outside the Frame (OTF)

Outside the Frame (OTF) supports houseless and marginalized youth through filmmaking—providing job skills, creative mentorship, and platforms to tell their own stories. They approached AMA PDX seeking support with brand consistency, digital strategy, event promotion, and a pitch deck they could use to engage funders and production partners. The team developed clear brand guidelines rooted in OTF’s mission and values, built a comprehensive marketing strategy, and designed a polished pitch deck for their educational and for-profit production services.

An unexpected bonus outcome: through improved tracking and communications workflows, OTF can now report how many program alumni find employment in the film industry.

Leadership Note

Team members Elise Leritz-Higgins and Lauren Danielsen both later joined the AMA PDX Board. Elise as VP of Website (2024–2025), and Lauren as Director of Website (2024–present)—continuing the commitment to supporting local nonprofits.
