Portland YouthBuilders

Portland YouthBuilders (PYB) engaged AMA PDX to support the launch of their new Bridge Program in Washington County—an initiative connecting young adults with pathways to education, career training, and long-term stability. Drawing from market data, community insights, and PYB’s internal content, the team crafted a full outreach strategy built to reach prospective students and their families with clarity and cultural relevance.

The team developed bilingual campaign assets, audience personas, a social media toolkit, digital ads, and a redesigned application experience. They also delivered strategic website recommendations, UX improvements, and analytics implementation to help PYB measure awareness and conversions across channels.
